Mr. Brandon Clay, Principal
Dear Elsanor Community,
I am honored and grateful for the opportunity to serve as the next principal of Elsanor Elementary School. From everything I have learned and experienced, it is clear that Elsanor is a special place with a strong sense of community, a deep commitment to students, and a tradition of excellence.
I have been an educator since 2009 and have called Daphne home during that time. My experience includes teaching 3rd and 5th grades, serving as an instructional coach, and most recently, working as an assistant principal at J. Larry Newton Elementary School. Throughout my career, my focus has been on supporting students, strengthening school culture, and helping teachers succeed.
As I step into this role, my priority is to listen, learn, and build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and the community. I believe the best schools are built through trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing what is best for children.
I am excited to become part of the Elsanor family and look forward to getting to know the students, families, staff, and community members who make this school so special. I am eager to partner with you in the years ahead as we continue supporting and celebrating the success of every student.

Hello! Welcome to Elsanor Elementary! I am your student's Assistant Principal. I have a passion for education and a commitment to student success. My favorite things to do at school are to work alongside teachers, students, families, and the community to create a positive and supportive learning environment. During my free time, I love spending time with my husband, Brian, and our two Boykin Spaniels, Tucker and Daisy. I love to travel, garden, read, cook, and go to church.
